Luke D. Bottorff
Lucas Dale Bottorff was born in Tennessee. His mother is the former Executive Director of The Arc Williamson County, and his father is a local small business owner. Luke’s parents have instilled in him from a young age a hard work ethic and the drive to help those in need. After attending high school at Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, TN, Luke earned a degree in business management from Virginia Tech.
Luke returned home to Middle Tennessee and began his legal career by attending Nashville School of Law. After a few years with another firm, Luke launched Bottorff Law in 2015 to focus his practice on small business owners and estate planning. Bottorff Law transitioned to Mill Creek Legal, PLLC in 2022. He is involved with many non-profits around town. When he is not working or volunteering, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife, Tara, who is a dental hygienist, and their family.

Megan Hartsfield
Megan Hartsfield is an estate planning attorney who is passionate about helping individuals and families protect what matters most. A graduate of the Nashville School of Law, Megan passed the bar in 2025 and has since focused her practice on guiding clients through the important decisions that shape their futures.
Whether creating wills, trusts, or powers of attorney, Megan approaches every client with compassion, clarity, and a commitment to personalized service. She understands that estate planning is more than just legal documents, it’s about peace of mind.
Megan lives with her husband, Mark, and their two children in Spring Hill. Outside the office, she enjoys camping and traveling with her family, experiences that remind her of the importance of planning for life’s journey.
